Woodford Reserve Distillery

Equus Run Vineyards

Equus Run Vineyards sits amidst picturesque Thoroughbred horse farms, historic stone fences and the Elkhorn Creek. It is the perfect place to enjoy a picnic, take in a game of croquet or bocce, or meander through the spectacular gardens and along the scenic South Elkhorn Creek. Wildside Winery

Wildside Winery is a charming winery located just south of historic downtown Versailles. You can savor the flavors of traditional red and white wines as well as many sweet flavors. It’s worth a visit to taste their Bourbon Barrel Red - a bourbon-flavored wine. Other highlights include a tasting room and gift shop.

Horse Farms

Woodford County is home to more than 100 horse farms and known for developing award winning breed horses including several Kentucky Derby winners.  The 2010 Kentucky Derby winner, Super Saver, is owned by Winstar Farm, located in Woodford County.  Many horse farms offer tours by appointment.

Irish Acres & The Glitz

Irish Acres is a fantasy-land setting of elegance and splendor, featuring treasures, antiques and specialty items for the curious browser or the serious collector. Visitors have 50,000 square feet of space to explore. The Glitz Restaurant offers a full-service Southern-gourmet luncheon prepared using old family recipes.
